33m Deep, Where to fish a Livebait???

Its time to go pike fishing tomorrow (in a boat), and we are float fishing with "Levande Mört" and trolling with wobblers.
The area we will be fishing is 33 meters deep, is there any particular depth i should start at with the live baits or should i search all depths in search of Esox Lucius??

Any advice about "Flötmete" from a boat would be much appreciated

search for baitfish in the lake. where there is baitfish you will find the big fish

Aren't they shaggin' in the weeds over there too? I seriously doubt you'll find a good pike at 30 something meters depth since they will be busy with mating(is that the term?) anytime soon

If you won't see them in a shallow bay then they are most likely at a few meters depth since that's where they'll be waiting for the right conditions to occur.

So i need to look for shaggin pike in the shallow water? Thats cool! just the info i wanted mate.
One more question................. whats the situation with boats and shallow water, are the pike aware of boats and will a boat spook them? or are they too busy shagging and eating mört?

So, in a nutshell, i need to find the bait fish ( meaning roach/perch) and fish there. Problem No.1 solved.

My biggest problem being a "Karpfiskejävel", how do i find the bait fish???
This may sound stupid, but where are they and how do i know when i have found them?? (if not via ekolod)
