Evesham a town synonymous with August bank Holiday fishing festival and a friendly town with many suitable restaurants for many hungry anglers after a long days fishing or a days selling !
It was back in July when I was contacted about exhibiting at this prestigious show and the three guys running this event deserve some attention and congratulations to take this show on and for the future expansion it to new levels. Please always shake the hand of SEAN ASHBY , PAUL BOOTHBY AND ROD SCOTT . It takes commitment to take the reigns of a project of this size and these guys proved their worth and were rewarded with the backing of many other tackle outlets and in fact the local program book contained many fishing outlets placing their products and notice of support. ‘ CLOSE SEASON TO GO FOR 2019 ? COULD WE HAVE A EVESHAM EASTER FESTIVAL OR A MAY BANK HOLIDAY FESTIVAL ? ‘ ( We are up for this ! )
For the three days we decided to work closely with Phil Medhurst UK Manager of TRABUCCO on the same stall as we start to share our dual commitment on all products we front currently.

We arrived on the Friday late afternoon and soon we were placing our gear into position ready for Saturday’s arrivals . Saturday came and we were not disappointed as many anglers came to the Trabucco and Midlands Angling Supplies stall tent to discover the many NEW products that exist within our compliment of tackle. We were so pleased the crowds were gaining hands on with EXNER , MAURIZIO SCHIEPATTI and the best from SENSAS in the float form.
We were honoured to sit between Alex Clements GUNKI tent and Dave Harrells stall who both were receiving brisk business.
The Sunday was a bit of a wash out as the customary rain attended to make fishing uncomfortable and the crowds were put off some what.
Monday the BIG day came and it did not disappoint as the crowds engulfed the stalls and business became great and the customers really hunted for those bargains.
Over the three days I met many of my team , fishing friends and customers from my client base.
