Four of the Midlands Angling Supplies decided to meet up on the Soar at Sutton Bo nnington . Mark Russell , Mark Millington fished the right of Soar Lane and Mick Carr and myself to the left of the lane

The Soar Lane has been resurfaced
Huge transformation from peg 61 to 84 with all the trees and bushed being cut down - now excellent for all anglers with no fears of getting their tackle snagged.
The local scum never cease to amaze me even if it stated its a £75-00 fine for doing so !!
I decided to fish on peg 54 and unfortunately i shared it with a dying chub with some bad wounds that i can only think our furry friends make . The Chub carried on breathing for some 5 hours.

I had similar in all Roach on the caster / hemp / tare
Sutton has definitely benefitted from a long rest and looks to be going its form from several years ago.
